The carefully balanced flavors and textures showcase traditional techniques, from the succulent meat to the perfectly cooked rice and noodles that accompany them.

The food court setting ensures a brisk, casual dining environment that caters well to those seeking a quick, no-fuss meal—ideal for lunch breaks or informal dinners. The service is prompt and efficient, reflecting the typical fast-paced vibe of Asian BBQ noodle spots. What stands out is how Canton Way BBQ balances authentic flavors with accessibility. The roasted meats maintain a traditional flavor profile enriched by accompanying sauces such as a chili-ginger blend and five-spice which lend depth and a touch of heat. This attention to detail elevates what could have been a purely utilitarian food court offering into a compelling choice for casual diners, groups, or solo patrons craving a hearty, satisfying Asian barbecue meal.

Customer feedback echoes this sentiment—many appreciate the generous portions, the option to add extra roasted meat, and the overall value for money. While some see it as a reliable, no-frills spot rather than fine dining, the quality and speed of service combine to make Canton Way BBQ a dependable choice within the Wembley food landscape. Its appeal lies in delivering familiar, comforting dishes in a setting that invites repeat visits for those wanting to explore beyond the usual noodle and rice plates.

Ultimately, Canton Way BBQ caters to a broad audience—from office workers looking for a quick satisfying meal to families and food enthusiasts eager to indulge in classic Asian barbecue fare without the formality of full-service dining. Food was nice. Was worth the money, but nothing worth writing home about. Came quick and was reasonably priced. There are cheaper places around, but as far as food court options, can't go too wrong here.

The Hainan chicken rice served here is good. I went for breast $15. The meat was cooked just right. Juicy and tender though watch out for some bone. The broth was very tasty, like really good. Comes with a chilli ginger sauce and a pungent five spice one. Regards the rice no complaints and the complimentary chili oil was also good.

A pretty good find of a Cantonese roast and BBQ restaurant for a food court. Although the meat of Roast Duck and Roast Pork were average and the char siu a tad too sweet, it was quite good for a food court. However, the sauce served with the dry noodles was, on one occasion, too salty and there was so much of it. The second time, plenty of sugar balanced the salt out, but I also asked for it separately so you can add as much or as little as you need. The serving sizes vary, with the noodle combos being more filling for your money and it didn't seem like the meat only combos got much more meat for the increase in price anyway. Overall, I was happy with the meal for a food court meal. Bring cash to avoid the card surcharge.
